Cancellations by Client: Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a reschedule or refund.

No-Shows/Late Cancellations: Non-refundable.

Memberships & Packages: Refunds are not provided once a package has started, except in cases of verified medical issues (medical documentation required).

Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a class, training session, or event, clients may choose between a rescheduled date or a full refund.

2. Physical Products (Apparel, Gear, Merchandise)

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable: Sale items, gift cards, and hygiene-related products (e.g., water bottles, mats) are final sale.

Exchanges: Permitted for defective items or size changes, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
